As part of belonging to the Automation CoSer, your district receives on-site, phone and e-mail support from the Ulster BOCES Ed Tech Department and the SLS Coordinator. In addition, User Group Meetings are set up one to two times per year.

*Stage 1 – Part A and B – Records conversion, purchasing of initial equipment and library management system.
**Stage 2 – System Maintenance – Once your system is fully-functional, annual maintenance is required. This includes system upgrades and support for all modules. Upgrades of existing library equipment and systems and installation are additional charges. Users’ group sessions are held a minimum of one time per year.
